If you don't already know about my love for Cymbidium orchids, well where have you been??

I am in infatuated with orchids, actually orchids of any kind absolutely fascinate me..
Phalaenopsis, cymbidiums,  Singapore orchids all of them just can't be beaten in
their uniqueness and charm!!
 
Been wanting to do this combination for as long
as I can remember...And here they are...

Doltone House Wedding decorations & Centrepieces

We loved setting up this Reception for Thy & Lee's Wedding
last weekend at the Doltone house Pyrmont..

We used white draped chair covers with charcoal satin sashes
which worked well with the Mid & North Pier of the Doltone house Sydney.
The decorations included the candelabras we draped with fresh Ivy & topped with fresh
arranged Lilies, Roses, orchids & carnations in Pink, hot pink & white..

stunning we have ever had the pleasure of setting up for a lovely couple!!

Gledswood Winery located in Catherine field just after Camden, NSW
is definatly a serene landscape backdrop for a gorgeous garden wedding
it was a pleasure dealing with the staff and caretakers at the venue -

This place is a must to check out!!

The little Pomanders were a huge hit with the little girls - they also make for gorgeous Flower girl flowers!!

I am eternally mesmerized by flowers, each beautiful and unique in their own way..
The amazing shades of colours, textures and fragrances..
Something as simply as a daisy takes me back to my childhood when we
chanted "He loves me - He loves me not" the amazing Blossom trees currently in season
where I see neighbors stop dead in their tracks to stare and admire their beauty
which only grace us for a few short weeks each year.. I could go on and on and on------

But nothing quite starts my heart racing as much as a gorgeous red rose -
which also takes me back to my Wedding day - over a decade ago now.
So Anna I can totally relate to how you feel, and am so blessed that you feel that way
and hope you have many years of fond memories to keep you forever mesmerized

We love a bit of bling with our flowers - well who doesn't?


I believe that the little details are what makes your bouquet so special,
the satin, organza  lovingly wrapped, even the pins in either pearl or crystals the placement of the
flowers and the construction of the bouquets make all the difference and those little details

will always be treasured and remembered..

Fragrant Jonquil Wedding / Bridal Bouquets

I have to thanks a good friend of mine for sharing their love of Jonquils with me..
was never a big fan of them until not so long ago..

Her daughter picked a small bunch from her garden and had them in a small
glass vase in her kitchen and the fragrance was heavenly divine!
